By accessing our website or enrolling in OMNA Academy of Ancient Art, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our academy operates on the traditional Gurukul principles, requiring mutual respect, focus, and absolute dedication to the arts.

2. Code of Conduct & Discipline

Students must adhere strictly to the discipline of the Gurukul system. Punctuality, profound respect for the Gurus (teachers), and maintenance of a serene, focused environment are mandatory. Any behavior disrupting the spiritual or artistic harmony of the academy may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

3. Enrollment, Fees, and Refunds

Enrollment in any course (Classical Dance, Shilpa Bharati, or Gurukul) is subject to availability and Guru approval. Fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of classes. Due to limited seating and the specialized nature of our instruction, fees are generally non-refundable unless a course is specifically canceled by the Academy.

4. Intellectual Property & Artwork

All teaching materials, proprietary choreographies, and specific aesthetic designs provided by OMNA Academy remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Academy. While students retain the physical rights to their individual artworks created during the courses, they may not reproduce, teach, or distribute Academy-specific syllabi or choreographies for commercial purposes without formal written permission.
